(THE UNIVERSE)
OUR SOLAR SYSTEM:-
Our Solar system consists of SUN , 8 Planets and their Satellites. Sun is center of the Solar System and all the planets and satellites revolves around the SUN.
Sun :- Sun is the biggest and hottest body in our solar system. We can say it is the heart of the solar system. It has its own light . It is a hot ball of gases ( Hydrogen and helium gases) . It is the energy source for the whole solar system.
Sun is a Star . Life is possible in earth due to the sun light . The Day and Night change is due to The impact of Sun light, also the season change in earth is due to the Sun only. Sun light gives Vitamins "D " to our body. The sun light also kills germs from our body .
What Is Planet :- A planet is a round massive celestial object revolves around the Sun in a fixed path called "Orbit" . Planets have their own satellites revolves around them.
- Mercury :- The smallest planet of Solar system is Mercury which is nearest to the SUN. It has no atmosphere. Mercury doesn't absorb any light from the SUN due to absence of atmosphere. It takes 88 days to complete one revolution of around SUN and it rotates three times on its axis during every two revolution .
- Venus :- It is the 2nd planet of the solar system also called ' Morning and evening Star' . It is the hottest Planet of the solar system . It takes 224 days to revolve one revolution around the Sun .
- Earth :- We live in this planet . 71% of earth is covered of water. It is also known as the blue planet. Earth has it own natural satellite Known as MOON . Moon has no Air and water. The surface is rocky . Moon has not its own light , it gets its light from Sun .
- Mars :- This planet is also known the red planet. the cloud of this planet are red. it as 2 moon. It is the fourth planet
- Jupiter :- This planet has 79 moons out of which 53 are named. this planet is the biggest planet in our solar system.
- Saturn :- Saturn is famous for his rings. his rings are made of ice, dust and asteroid.it is also a gas giant. Saturn Has 82 Moons out of which 29 moons are yet to be name d. Among all the moons of Saturn Titan is the largest Moon which is bigger than the size of Mercury.
- Uranus:- Uranus is the second coldest planet in our solar system. Uranus is famous for his vertical rings.it a gas giant.
- Neptune:- Neptune is the coldest planet in our solar system.it is also a gas giant.
- Inner planets :- Inner planets are the planet which revolve closer to the sun these are Mercury, Venus, Earth and mars are inner planets.
- Outer planets :- Outer planets are the planets which revolve farther to the sun these are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are Outer planets.
Stars :- Stars are terrestrial body which are bright as they have their own light . In our solar system Sun is also a Star .
